Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Transportation Attorneys licensed in California, Nevada, Texas, and Arizona. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience specializing in transportation law, defending claims arising from vehicle accidents and clients with high self-insured retention.

This role involves working with a collaborative national team of litigators under the guidance of an experienced leader and trial attorney who handles complex, high-stakes litigation nationwide.

Ideal candidates are driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. Strong academic backgrounds, proven research abilities, and the capacity to manage assignments with minimal supervision are required.

Responsibilities

  • Defend claims related to vehicle accidents and transportation matters
  • Collaborate with a national team of litigators
  • Handle complex litigation under experienced leadership

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, Texas, or Arizona
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in transportation law
  • Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Proven research skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on experience and role level:
    • Associates (1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
    • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
    • Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
  • Compensation is tailored based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market
