Overview
A national law firm with multiple U.S. locations is seeking a Government Investigations/White Collar Senior Associate with six to eight years of experience. This role involves working closely with a Human Trafficking Compliance group and representing survivors in a Human Trafficking Pro Bono Legal Clinic. Candidates may be considered for any office location, including a virtual office option.
Responsibilities
- Handle both criminal and civil litigation matters
- Defend corporate clients in federal government investigations
- Conduct supply chain investigations and audits
- Perform internal investigations for companies
- Draft and review compliance programs and policies
- Represent survivors in a Human Trafficking Pro Bono Legal Clinic
Requirements
- Six to eight years of relevant experience preferred
- Background in criminal and civil litigation
- Experience defending corporate clients in federal investigations
- Ability to conduct supply chain and internal investigations
- Experience or interest in agriculture or food industries is a plus
- Experience with corporate governance issues preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Active bar license in the state of the applying office or commitment to obtain one promptly
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional judgment and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to articulate legal strategies effectively
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Salary ranges by location:
- New York, Vermont, Washington, D.C.: $260,000 - $300,000
- California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington: $250,000 - $300,000
- Illinois: $235,000 - $300,000
- Minnesota: $235,000 - $290,000
- Other markets vary based on market data
- Eligibility for Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus

Location
Multiple U.S. offices available, including virtual office options. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain bar licensure in the state corresponding to the office location.
