An established workers’ compensation defense firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing team. This position offers competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive environment for attorneys aiming to build a long-term career in workers’ compensation defense.
Location
- Van Nuys, California
- 100% remote option available or hybrid work depending on attorney preference
Compensation
- Salary range: $175,000 – $245,000 annually
- Bonus potential: $20,000 – $55,000+ based on performance
Responsibilities
- Manage a manageable caseload with support to help meet goals
- Meet flexible billable target of 180–220 hours per month
- Handle cases independently while collaborating within a team environment
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license required
- Experience in workers’ compensation defense preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
