2027 Summer Associate

Overview

This organization is seeking Summer Associates for its Employment Law practice. The Associate program is designed to acquaint Associates with the firm and its practice areas and to provide real law experience that will be beneficial to future professional careers.

Summer Associates will be exposed to a broad range of practice areas and professional experiences focused on Employment Law.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with laws related to employment law
• Assist with research, case analysis, and all phases of litigation, including drafting memoranda and court filings
• Monitor and review employment law developments and prepare summaries and articles related to new legislation

Requirements

• Strong academic performance
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in Employment Law
• Must be enrolled in law school (ABA accredited) as a 2L for the 2026-2027 academic year
