Overview

An organization is seeking an experienced AdTech Lawyer to support some of the world’s largest companies. This role involves providing legal expertise in advertising technology agreements, data privacy, and compliance related to digital advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate a wide variety of AdTech agreements.
  • Partner with clients to ensure compliance with data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
  • Address digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in client engagements, focusing on developing client relationships.
  • Take on a leadership role within a community of over 5,800 lawyers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space, preferably with innovative Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Active bar license in the state of residence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing.
  • Experience collaborating across different departments and stakeholders.
