Overview
A national eDiscovery service provider is seeking attorneys who are actively licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction, including recent graduates with bar admission, for Document Reviewer positions. These roles involve reviewing documents for complex litigation matters using electronic review platforms to code for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege. The positions are project-based and considered temporary contingent employment.
Responsibilities
- Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege using electronic review platforms
- Participate in quality control processes
- Prepare privilege and redaction logs as needed
- Work remotely from a secure home office
Position Details
- Remote work-from-home opportunity
- Pay rate: $25 per hour
- Project duration varies from 1 week to 6 months, with potential for longer assignments
- Flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week
- Work hours: 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Thursday; 7 AM to 5 PM Friday
- Overtime may be available depending on project demands
Requirements
- Must reside and work from the state of Arizona
- Active license to practice law in good standing with at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Preferred experience with electronic document review platforms such as Nebula and Relativity
- Preferred experience coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
- Desired experience with quality control and preparation of privilege and redaction logs
- Secure home office with high-speed internet
- Computer running Windows 11 or Mac OS Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15), Tahoe (26), or newer
- Phone or tablet with Apple OS version 16 or later, or Android OS version 12 or later
- Proficiency with modern technology and remote work equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
