Overview

The organization is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions.

Responsibilities

• Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, DPAs, and other agreements with vendors.
• Draft and maintain contract templates.
• Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where the team operates.
• Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law matters.

Requirements (Must Haves)

• Master’s degree in law.
• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)

• Ukrainian language skills.
• Experience working with IT companies.
• Experience with international or cross-border legal matters.
