Associate Attorney - Fully Remote

Overview

An established California plaintiff-side labor and employment law firm is seeking a fully remote Associate Attorney with 1+ years of civil litigation experience. Employment law experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong civil litigation background will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including:
  • Discovery
  • Depositions
  • Motion practice
  • Court hearings
• Independently manage an active caseload.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license in good standing (required).
• At least 1 year of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Plaintiff-side employment law experience.
• Strong civil litigation background.
