A growing California litigation firm with national reach is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Defense practice. This position is suited for an experienced litigator capable of independently managing cases in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception to resolution with minimal supervision
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Maintain strong timekeeping and billing discipline
- Adapt to a high-volume, fast-paced workload
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years litigation experience, preferably in Insurance Defense
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Proven ability to handle cases independently
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly integrate into the team
Practice & Mentorship

Compensation & Hours
- Base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience
- Billable hour requirement: 1,970 hours annually
- No non-billable work required
