Associate Attorney

Overview

An Arizona-based civil litigation and business/transactional law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases independently while collaborating with partners and staff
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Participate in hearings, site inspections, and other case-related activities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of civil litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction defect, real estate, and/or business litigation
• Dual licensure in Nevada and/or Texas is a plus but not required

Location

• Position is remote but requires residence in the Phoenix or Tucson area for hearings, site inspections, and other in-person obligations
• Based in Arizona

Work Hours

• Billable hours requirement: 1,800 annually
