Overview

An Associate Marketing Counsel position is available to support a leading Fortune 500 client in the technology sector. This role involves providing legal expertise on marketing and product initiatives within a global technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal guidance on product initiatives, marketing campaigns, and related commercial agreements.
  • Support partnerships, vendor relationships, and third-party agreements related to products and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient legal review and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, advertising, consumer protection, and applicable industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in the United States.
  • 3 to 7+ years of experience in product counsel, marketing law, and/or technology transactions, preferably in-house.
  • Knowledge of legal considerations related to marketing, privacy, and advertising.
  • Experience supporting product launches or commercial initiatives in technology or consumer-focused industries.
