Overview
This role is an Associate General Counsel position responsible for leading the organization’s in-house legal function across corporate governance, intellectual property, risk management, and employment.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will own legal work that supports governance, protection of company assets, risk management, and advice that enables the People function. The role is hands-on and operates in a payments-enabled fundraising platform environment with regulated requirements, with the legal function built internally rather than routed primarily to outside firms.
A single direct report will support your leadership: the Commercial & Product Counsel.
