Overview
This role supports the Estate Planning team within the Wealth Solutions group, providing and implementing estate planning strategies for high new worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Independently meet with wealth advisors, financial planners, other wealth management team members, and members of the Wealth Solutions group to review, fund, and maintain estate plans
- Independently review and summarize existing estate planning documents, including making appropriate recommendations for changes and additions based on changes in law and family circumstances
- Answer general informational estate planning questions from clients and advisor teams
- Serve as an in-house resource in estate planning to wealth management teams nationwide
- Stay current on related estate, trust, and tax legislation nationwide
- Support business development by leading presentations and thought leadership publications, as necessary
- Manage a service specialist, as assigned, including overseeing day-to-day tasks, training, calendars, time management, coaching, and mentoring
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state
- 2–6 years legal experience in estate planning
- Ability to interpret and convey complex estate planning topics to Wealth Management teams and clients
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $90,000 - $130,000 USD
- Incentive compensation: eligible to earn incentive compensation through an incentive compensation program

Work Schedule
- Availability required during standard business hours Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM
- At times, early or late hours may be required to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs
- Non-exempt roles are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period
