Overview
This organization is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law to join its team of legal professionals with quality legal, technical, and administrative support.
A detailed evaluation of the candidate’s knowledge of U.S. immigration law will be part of the preliminary interview process.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal services in employment-based immigration matters with a strong understanding of immigration law and procedures.
- Supervise paralegals and support staff.
- Manage work effectively in a collaborative environment while maintaining calm and focus.
- Process immigration cases involving IV and NIV procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
- Excellent substantive and technical grasp of the IV and NIV process, including experience processing cases involving:
- H-1B
- L-1 A/B
- O-1
- E-1
- E-2
- E-3
- Experience handling high volume PERM cases.
- Ability to stay calm and focused while supervising and motivating paralegals and support staff.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 up to $200,000 with book of business.
