  • Take and defend depositions; prepare fact and corporate witnesses for deposition; and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as appropriate.
  • Manage discovery, document review, custodian outreach, expert coordination, and compliance with litigation holds and production obligations.
  • Communicate directly and professionally with customers, opposing counsel, witnesses, experts, vendors, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior representation of electric, gas, water, telecommunications, or other regulated utilities.

Skills for Success

  • Excellent legal research, analytical, drafting, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines with sound judgment and limited day-to-day supervision.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with legal technology, matter-management systems, eDiscovery tools, and process improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

  • US national salary range: $125,000–140,000, based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location.
  • Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
