Overview
This role is for a California licensed attorney with at least four years of civil litigation experience. The position offers flexible contract work on a part-time or full-time basis, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Candidates should have experience in commercial/business litigation, labor and employment law, personal injury law, premises liability, environmental/toxic tort litigation, real estate law, or mass tort litigation. Responsibilities may include handling written discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation cases including discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Work independently and collaboratively with legal teams
- Provide legal expertise in areas such as commercial/business litigation, labor and employment, personal injury, premises liability, environmental/toxic tort, real estate, or mass tort litigation
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Minimum of 4 years of legal experience in litigation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong academic credentials
- Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized compensation ranges from $175,000 to $205,000 (full-time equivalent), based on experience, qualifications, and location
- W2 employment status
