Overview

This role is for a California Plaintiffs’ Employment Litigation Attorney to join a successful virtual firm on a fully remote basis. The position is full-time, permanent, and includes support through a 1:1 paralegal to attorney ratio.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of case workup, from fact investigation through resolution
  • Manage plaintiffs’ employment litigation matters involving areas such as:
    • ADA matters
    • Contract disputes
    • Discrimination and harassment claims
    • Terminations
    • Compensation issues
    • Retaliation
  • Conduct legal research and drafting to support case strategy and progress
  • Work independently while collaborating across the firm

Requirements

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • At least 2 years of experience practicing plaintiffs’ employment litigation
  • Demonstrated research and writing capabilities
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across the firm
  • Active California law license
  • Outstanding references

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $140,000 to $250,000
  • Plus monthly performance bonus potential
  • Unlimited PTO + 10 paid holidays
  • Pay is based on multiple factors, including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
