Civil Litigation Attorneys

Overview

The organization is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys for immediate openings in its Orange County office. This role is for candidates with 3+ years of experience; all experience levels are welcome to apply. Flexible work options may be available, including fully remote and hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases in both State and Federal courts across the country
• Lead complex ESI discovery processes, ensuring defensible and efficient data management
• Conduct deep-dive internet legal research to support novel legal theories
• Leverage AI-based legal tools to streamline document review, research, and drafting
• Handle matters with minimal supervision and independently manage assigned tasks
• Support client-facing opportunities, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials (as applicable)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience (candidates of all experience levels may apply)
• Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California and/or Nevada
• Strong litigation skills, including:
  • Excellent writing
  • Persuasive speaking ability
• Proven research skills and strong academic background
• Self-starter with the ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $100,000.00 - $275,000.00 /Yr.
