Overview
The organization is seeking Litigation Attorneys for its Buffalo office. This is an opportunity within growing practice groups for attorneys with at least three or more years of experience handling matters in one or more areas such as:
- Commercial
- Cyber Security
- Employment
- General Liability
- Product Liability
- Toxic Tort
- Other litigation practice areas
Trial experience is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates are team players with strong litigation skills, writing ability, and persuasive speaking skills, along with a strong academic background, proven research skills, and the ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Self-starter and initiative are essential.
Candidates must be licensed in New York.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters with strong case management and legal research skills
- Draft and produce high-quality written work
- Participate in persuasive advocacy, including speaking as needed
- Manage assignments with minimal supervision
- Collaborate effectively as a team member
Requirements
- At least three or more years of litigation experience handling matters in one or more relevant practice areas (Commercial, Cyber Security, Employment, General Liability, Product Liability, Toxic Tort, or others)
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- New York licensure

Pay range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
