Overview
This role is an immediate opening for civil litigation attorneys in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The organization has offices and attorneys across all 50 states and supports national litigation work alongside local case development.
Ideal candidates will reside in the Northwest Arkansas metro area, but well-qualified candidates outside of Northwest Arkansas will also be considered.
Practice areas may include defense litigation experience in one or more of the following:

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on national litigation matters and emerging risks with offices nationwide
- Engage actively in advancing local cases
- Work with minimal supervision while managing assigned tasks
- Handle litigation work that may include motion practice, depositions, and support of civil trials in state and federal court
- Maintain strong written advocacy and persuasive speaking skills
- Manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Travel in and out of state as needed
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Arkansas
- 2–5 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Proven research skills
- Excellent academic background
- Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience taking depositions
- Experience arguing motions
- Experience assisting with handling civil trials in state and federal court
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting base salary range: $125,000 to $135,000 or more, depending on experience, geographic area, and other factors
