Overview
A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking civil litigation attorneys for its Madison office. Candidates should have between 1 to 5 years of experience, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation cases with minimal supervision
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of civil litigation experience preferred
- Licensed and admitted to practice law in Wisconsin
- Strong academic background
- Excellent litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Proven research abilities
- Self-starter capable of managing assignments independently
- Trial experience is preferred but not required

- Experience in client-facing roles
- Ability to handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
