Overview
A national plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Class Action Attorney to join its Data Privacy and Pixel Litigation practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plaintiff-side class action cases involving Pixel tracking, data privacy, and digital consumer protection violations.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in federal courts.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and develop forward-thinking litigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts to evaluate evidence related to data tracking.
- Advocate for clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in class action or privacy-related litigation.
- Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with Pixel tracking, data misuse, or consumer privacy cases.
- Proficient with ECF filing systems and federal court procedures.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $180,000, depending on experience
