Client Intake Specialist (Remote – Canada)

This role is the first point of contact for clients reaching out to discuss moving to the U.S. From home, you will run 7–10 scheduled phone and Zoom consultations per day, learn each client’s goals, and explain how the firm’s attorneys can help.

Note: This is not a call center role and does not involve reading from a script. You will lead conversations, build trust, guide clients to sign, and your results will be measured.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled phone and Zoom consultations with prospective clients
• Understand each client’s background, goals, timeline, and urgency
• Explain the firm’s services and how attorneys can support the client’s case
• Guide clients through next steps and collect signed retainer agreements
• Follow up on new leads quickly
• Take clear notes and keep the CRM updated daily
• Use a daily follow-up hour to work leads and complete administrative tasks
• Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and the intake team in Florida

Requirements

• Legally entitled to work in Canada and living in Canada
• Experience in sales, client consultations, or customer service
• Confident, professional communication on the phone and on Zoom
• Quiet home workspace and reliable internet
• Availability for Eastern Time shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to complete the Intake Specialist Readiness Program before your start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a law firm, especially in intake
• Demonstrated ability to hit sales or conversion targets
• Working knowledge of U.S. immigration pathways
• Experience using a CRM

Compensation & Benefits

• CAD $40,000 per year
• Monthly performance bonus tied to how well you serve and convert clients who come to the firm
