Overview

An established Denver boutique law firm specializing in divorce and custody cases is seeking an experienced Colorado licensed family law attorney. This is a remote contract position requiring the ability to attend hearings near Denver or Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle divorce and custody cases in Colorado
• Attend hearings in person near Denver or Colorado Springs as required
• Provide high-quality written and oral advocacy in a fast-paced legal environment

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of family law experience specifically handling divorce and custody cases in Colorado
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work effectively in a professional law firm setting
• Must reside in Colorado and be willing to attend hearings near Denver or Colorado Springs

Position Details

• Role Type: Contract
• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
• Location: Remote (must be located in Colorado with ability to attend hearings near Denver or Colorado Springs)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized pay range: $160,000 to $190,000 (full-time basis)
• Contract pay is based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
