Overview
A leading global digital media and publishing company is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney to provide overflow transactional support. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements related to digital media, advertising, sponsored content, content licensing, and ad tech.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts related to digital media and advertising
- Support a portfolio of well-known media brands
- Work directly with business stakeholders, including sales teams, to balance legal and business considerations
Requirements
- Experience supporting media, publishing, or digital content organizations
- Strong transactional contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently with business teams
Engagement Details
- Start: ASAP
- Hours: 10-20 hours per week
- Duration: Estimated 2-3 months
- Work arrangement: Fully remote
- Time zone: Support hours expected between 10am-4pm ET
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $96 to $103 (based on qualifications, skillset, experience, client needs, and project requirements)
