Commercial Litigation Attorneys

Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Commercial Litigation Attorneys for its Orange County office. This position is fully remote. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience with a strong background in civil commercial litigation.

Applicants must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil commercial litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Manage assignments with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in civil commercial litigation
• Licensed and admitted to practice law in California
• Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Excellent research abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong academic background
• Trial experience preferred but not required

• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and mentorship

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range for Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
• Partners (approximately 7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
• Actual compensation varies based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market
• Eligibility for discretionary and performance-based bonuses
