Commercial Paralegal

Overview

Several Commercial/Corporate Paralegal positions are available to support various clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a range of complex commercial contracts.
• Handle services and consulting agreements, licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, and e-commerce agreements.
• Collaborate with fast-paced sales or business teams, managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a commercial law environment.
• Strong academic credentials.
• In-house legal experience is strongly preferred, either directly or as a secondee.
• Solid commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
