Overview
This remote contract position is for a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer Assistant specializing in commercial real estate and energy sectors. The role involves supporting the development and training of AI systems by reviewing and analyzing relevant legal documents.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze commercial real estate documents, site control agreements, and title records related to power generation projects
- Extract data and perform detailed, evidence-based analysis
- Develop an understanding of title and ownership concepts as applied in commercial real estate transactions
- Contribute to creating training data, evaluations, and feedback loops to improve AI model performance
- Apply expertise to assist in training AI systems focused on commercial real estate and energy projects
Requirements
- Experience reviewing commercial real estate documents
- Knowledge of title and ownership concepts in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong data extraction skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to development and infrastructure projects, especially in the energy sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $50 - $120
- Fully remote position allowing work from any location
