Overview
A legal staffing organization is seeking a complex commercial litigation attorney to participate in sophisticated product liability work with a prominent Am Law client. This role offers the flexibility to maintain a schedule that suits the candidate, with options for part-time or full-time engagement. The position is fully remote, with some travel potentially required.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including product liability cases
- Conduct and respond to discovery activities
- Take basic depositions
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, deficiency letters, and discovery responses
- Perform legal research and write briefs
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Prior experience at a full-service Am Law firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique
- Strong pretrial skills and confidence in discovery processes
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence (California license is a plus)
- Outstanding professional references
Position Details

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized salary range: $165,000 to $200,000 or more, based on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location
- W2 employee status with eligibility for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week
