Overview
This role supports a global, publicly traded client through a remote contract engagement focused on Compliance & Ethics and Business and Regulatory Investigations. The engagement is full-time for 3 months, with the potential to extend up to 18 months.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of combined experience performing and leading internal investigations related to compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anticorruption/antibribery statutes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal investigations focused on policy compliance and government investigations, from drafting the investigation plan through preparing a report of investigation
- Lead and support investigation interviews
- Perform email and document review
- Communicate investigation outcomes to corporate stakeholders
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of experience with internal investigations focused on policy compliance and government investigations
- Experience conducting internal investigations from drafting an investigation plan through drafting a report of investigation
- Experience conducting investigation interviews and email/document review, including sharing investigation outcomes with corporate stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-starter
- Trustworthy, empathetic, and strong communication skills
- Outstanding references
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working at an Amlaw 200 law firm and/or Fortune 50 publicly-traded company
Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized pay range: USD $170,000 to $200,000 (when calculated on a full-time basis)
- Contract pay is based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference

Schedule and Duration
- 40 hours per week
- 3-month contract engagement, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months
