Overview
A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Construction Attorneys for its Boise office. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience. Flexible work options are available, including fully remote and hybrid arrangements.
This role requires driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. Candidates must have strong academic backgrounds, proven research abilities, and be self-starters capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision. The position involves complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters. Trial experience is preferred.
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Engage in complex construction defense and civil litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral arguments
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of legal experience, preferably in construction law
- Licensed to practice in Idaho
- Strong litigation skills, including trial experience preferred
- Excellent communication, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
- Proven research skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location
