Overview
A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join their high-volume, fast-paced practice. This remote role supports clients primarily in Silicon Valley and requires working Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume caseload including EB-1, EB-2, H-1B, O, L, TN, NIW, RFEs, and related business immigration matters
- Utilize electronic case review technology to prepare and draft cases
- Support and communicate with a remote team on a daily basis
- Maintain excellent case management and multitasking abilities
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree
- Admission to a U.S. State Bar
- Experience handling business immigration cases, specifically NIV matters, O-1, EB-1, NIW, H-1B, EB-2, L, and TN visa categories
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases for large clients
- Proficiency with electronic case review software
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
