A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to manage a high-volume, fast-paced practice focusing on business immigration H-1B matters. This is a remote position supporting clients in San Diego, requiring availability during Pacific Standard Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume caseload of H-1B and non-immigrant visa (NIV) matters
- Utilize electronic case review technology
- Support a remote team
- Prepare and draft immigration cases
- Communicate daily with team members
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree
- Admission to a U.S. State Bar
- Experience with business immigration matters, specifically H-1B and NIV cases
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload for large clients
- Proficiency with electronic case review software
- Excellent writing and case management skills
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment
