Overview
A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to manage a high-volume, fast-paced caseload focusing on business immigration matters including EB-1, NIW, NIV, and Requests for Evidence (RFEs). This is a remote position supporting clients in San Francisco, requiring work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of EB-1, NIW, and NIV cases
- Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
- Prepare and draft case documentation
- Communicate daily with team members
- Support the team remotely
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree
- Admission to a US State Bar
- Experience with business immigration cases involving EB-1, NIW, NIV, and RFEs
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain effective communication within a team environment
- Availability to work Pacific Standard Time hours
