A specialized law firm focused on eDiscovery and information law is seeking a Contract eDiscovery Attorney to provide substantive support on complex discovery matters.
This role goes beyond traditional document review, while not including Counsel-level business development expectations. Responsibilities will involve eDiscovery case law, discovery workflows, AI-related issues, and defensibility considerations.

- Provide substantive legal support on complex discovery matters
- Apply legal and practical knowledge to evolving discovery and technology issues
- Work with eDiscovery case law and discovery workflows
- Address AI-related discovery issues
- Support defensibility considerations in discovery processes
Requirements
- Hands-on eDiscovery experience
- Ability to apply legal and practical knowledge to evolving discovery and technology issues
- Candidates may be licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction
