Contract Immigration Attorney - NIV

Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious global law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. The contract duration is 3 months, focusing primarily on Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume caseload of business immigration cases
• Collaborate closely with Partners and Associates on various NIV cases supporting a diverse client base
• Handle business immigration matters including NIV applications, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and Adjustment of Status (AoS) cases
• Work effectively under tight deadlines
• Participate actively in a collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree
• Admission to a US State Bar
• Proven experience managing a high volume of NIV cases
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to maintain team connectivity
• Excellent case management and organizational skills
