Overview
An experienced Review Manager is needed on a contract basis to oversee a team of up to 25 document review attorneys for sophisticated, deadline-driven matters. This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day review workflows, quality and productivity, team performance management, and serving as the primary liaison between the review team and firm counsel.
The ideal candidate has substantial experience managing high-volume document reviews, strong privilege review expertise (including privilege log preparation), a proactive management style to identify and address performance or workflow issues quickly, and fluency in Relativity. Antitrust or regulatory review experience is preferred.
The initial contract duration is approximately 3 months, subject to extension.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate contract attorney teams of up to 25 reviewers in high-volume, deadline-driven matters
- Manage day-to-day review workflows to support production deadlines and matter milestones
- Drive quality and productivity through active monitoring and management of performance
- Identify top performers and underperformers early; escalate and take corrective action as needed
- Lead privilege review efforts, including privilege calls, redactions, and privilege log QC
- Provide ongoing progress reporting to counsel and flag issues in real time
- Serve as the primary communication channel between the review team and firm counsel
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in good standing
- Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating contract attorney teams of up to 25 reviewers in high-volume, deadline-driven matters
- Proactive management approach, including timely escalation and corrective action
- Strong background in privilege review and privilege log preparation
- Hands-on, deadline-focused approach to meeting production and milestone requirements
- Fluency in Relativity
Preferred Qualifications
- Antitrust or regulatory review experience (e.g., DOJ, FTC, or similar government investigations)
- Prior experience in law firm settings
- Experience across both law firm and vendor/ALSP backgrounds
