Contracts Manager - Remote

Overview

This mid-level professional role is part of the Research Operations Contracting team. The Contracts Manager (Remote) reviews, negotiates, and prepares clinical trial agreements (excluding the study budget), and manages contract tracking through finalization. The position collaborates with Research Operations teams (especially Budget) and local program administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, or prepare clinical trial agreements (excluding the study budget)
• Track contracts through execution and finalization
• Coordinate with appropriate Research Operations teams, particularly Budget-related functions
• Partner with local program administrative teams to support agreement development and completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years of contract review and negotiation experience
• Experience with privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, or IP

Preferred Qualifications

• J.D.

Salary range varies by location and represents the minimum and maximum wage rates for the position. Final placement on the range is determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.

Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
