Overview
This remote, full-time position offers a compensation range of $200K to $1M+ and is designed for an experienced employer-side immigration attorney ready to expand their corporate immigration practice. The role provides a unique opportunity to scale a practice with the support of advanced technology, business development resources, and operational infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a corporate immigration practice specializing in employer immigration programs such as H-1Bs, PERMs, intracompany transfers, and global mobility.
- Serve as the primary face of the practice, representing the team in content creation, social media, client presentations, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Legal, and People Operations professionals within client organizations.
- Develop, lead, and hold attorneys accountable to high legal quality and service standards.
- Ensure aggressive service level agreements (SLAs), rigorous legal quality, and proactive client communication are consistently met.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar admission.
- Minimum of 7 years of employer-side immigration law experience.
- Experience managing or developing legal teams.
- Comfort with public visibility including thought leadership, social media engagement, and client events.
- Established professional network within HR, Legal, or People Operations circles.
- Strong ambition to build and grow a legal practice rather than solely managing a docket.

- Base salary to provide financial stability while scaling the practice.

Compensation Structure
- For clients sourced through the organization: base salary plus profit share based on team performance.
- For self-sourced clients: base salary plus a higher profit share percentage, reflecting ownership of the client book.
- The compensation floor is protected by the base salary, with profit sharing providing significant upside potential.
