Overview

Position Title: Corporate Attorney
Location: Remote (US-based)
Type: Part-time
Compensation: $105,000–$125,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements
• Provide legal and regulatory advice to internal teams on new products and features
• Support corporate governance, entity maintenance, and board-related matters
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure legal frameworks align with operations
• Manage relationships with external counsel and optimize legal expenditures

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one US state
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or technology transactions
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Familiarity with data privacy, consumer protection, and online marketplace legal issues
• Excellent judgment, communication skills, and a business-oriented mindset
