Overview
An organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal with at least five years of public-company corporate experience, particularly handling subsidiary matters. This part-time, remote role involves working closely with the General Counsel and the legal team of a global company with an international presence. The position focuses on supporting domestic and foreign subsidiary matters as well as other corporate legal issues.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling domestic and foreign subsidiary matters and general corporate support for a public company
- Prior experience supporting a public company’s General Counsel is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or legal education preferred
- Proficiency with HCue, Diligent, and Workiva
- Outstanding professional references
Position Details
- Role type: Contract, in-house paralegal
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized pay range (full-time equivalent): $75,000 to $85,000
- Contract pay rates depend on experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference
