Immigration Attorney – Corporate Practice

This role involves handling the full spectrum of employer immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and EB-2/EB-3 green cards, for a variety of clients ranging from funded startups to large enterprises. The complexity and autonomy of cases will increase with experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage employer immigration cases across various visa categories and green card processes.
- Maintain high standards of legal work and proactive communication with client HR teams.
- Utilize automated workflows and a unified platform to streamline case management and coordination.
- For senior attorneys: mentor junior colleagues, operate autonomously, and contribute to practice leadership development.
Requirements
Associate Level (0–3 years)
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Organized and responsive work style.
- Genuine interest in employer immigration.
- Paralegal, clinic, or corporate law background is a plus.
Mid-Level (3–6 years)
- Hands-on experience with H-1B, PERM, or intracompany transfers.
- Comfortable working directly with HR contacts.
- Proactive ownership approach to cases.
Senior Level (6+ years)
- Deep expertise across the employer immigration spectrum.
- Ability to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to client HR and Legal leadership.
- Drive toward practice leadership.
Across All Levels
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active U.S. bar admission (or awaiting results for associates).
- Full commitment to rigorous service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Clear, proactive, and trustworthy communication valued by client HR teams.

- Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $250,000, scaling with experience.
