Responsibilities
On a regular basis, you will:

- Manage workload distribution and prioritization, ensuring rush and VIP filings are handled with urgency and that SLAs are consistently met.

- Conduct regular audits of case files, data entry, and eFiling submissions to catch errors before they reach the court or the client.
- Own formal escalation and incident reporting for complex filing issues: identify root causes and implement fixes to prevent recurrence, resolving issues at your level and surfacing only true exceptions upward.
- Track rejection trends and workflow bottlenecks, and build or refine SOPs and playbooks to close gaps.
- Serve as a liaison between the Court Filing team and Account Executives, Account Managers, Billing, and other internal stakeholders on escalations and process questions.
- Own KPI and SLA reporting for the Court Filing team, translating team- and individual-level data into clear updates for Litigation Support leadership.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ramp planning for the Court Filing team, including participating in interviews and building training materials as the team scales.
- Partner with the Training and Development Manager as a co-owner of onboarding curriculum and ongoing training content.
- Own the “Day 1” onboarding experience for new law firm clients on the court filing side, including data entry and account setup.
- Maintain fluency across the eFiling platforms the team relies on—including Tyler Odyssey/File & Serve, LegalConnect, One Legal, Greenfile, and InfoTrack—and stay current as new courts, portals, and rules come online.
- Partner with Litigation Support leadership on special projects and process improvements as the team and client base grow, including expansion into jurisdictions outside California.
- Be visibly present with the team and actively invest in morale and connection.
