Overview
The organization has immediate openings for mid to senior-level attorneys for its Cyber, Privacy and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group. This practice focuses on data breach and technology litigation, including both direct matters and class actions, addressing novel legal issues.
Responsibilities
- Handle data breach and cybersecurity matters, including direct and class action litigation
- Manage technology litigation, including technology/errors and omissions matters
- Handle matters from inception with minimal supervision
- Provide excellent client service and support superior client outcomes
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of legal experience
- Experience focused on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation
- Strong academic background
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
- Knowledge of state-level privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA
Preferred Qualifications
- Law firm experience
- CIPP/US certification
- Experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation
- Experience with technology/errors and omissions litigation

- Pay range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
- Current national base salary ranges:
- Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+
Actual compensation is tailored to the individual and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
