Deal Desk, Analyst

Overview

This is a fully remote role with a healthcare technology organization focused on using artificial intelligence to transform care delivery, improve access, and increase efficiency.

The Deal Desk & Contracts Manager role supports the commercial team by managing deal structures, pricing, and contract terms. This position helps ensure smooth contract workflows, supports negotiations, and facilitates approvals to enable efficient sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contracting workflows for new and expansion deals
• Draft contracts from templates, issue paperwork, track versions, and secure signatures
• Review and negotiate customer contract redlines; escalate non-standard terms with recommendations
• Coordinate approval processes for discounts, pricing, and risk terms across departments
• Advise sales representatives on deal structures and commercial levers
• Maintain accurate contract records in Salesforce and contract lifecycle management systems
• Update and manage the Deal Desk playbook, including fallback positions and approval matrices

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Contract Management, Commercial Legal Operations, or similar roles supporting enterprise B2B sales
• Practical experience negotiating commercial agreements and knowing when to escalate issues
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-party approvals on tight timelines
• Strong attention to detail and commercial judgment
• Experience with Salesforce and contract lifecycle management tools such as Ironclad or Spotdraft

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Range: $133,000—$209,000 USD (including base, variable, and equity components)
