A Fortune 50 technology company is seeking an experienced attorney for a 6-12 month remote engagement starting July 2026, with a strong possibility of extension to multiple years. This role requires a lawyer with at least 3 years of experience, familiarity with the litigation process, and confidence in reviewing court documents, interviewing custodians, and gathering relevant documents.
Responsibilities
- Respond to third-party subpoena requests and notices of disclosure
- Coordinate with outside counsel on subpoena responses, objections, and legal strategy
- Conduct investigations of data and document sources by collaborating with product counsel and non-legal team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience
- Ability to work full-time remotely
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court documentation
- Experience interviewing custodians and managing document collection
Compensation & Details
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Full-time
- Duration: 6-12 months
- Compensation: $650 - $750 per day
- Employment: Candidates will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement
- Preferred pricing model is daily, with a budget range of $500 - $600 per day, flexible based on experience
