Overview
A Fortune 50 technology company is seeking a lawyer with 3+ years’ experience for a 12-month engagement starting mid-October 2026. This engagement has a high likelihood of being multiple years.
This role is full-time and will be performed remotely.
Responsibilities
The work will involve:
- Responding to 3rd party subpoena requests and notices of disclosure
- Coordinating with outside counsel on subpoena responses, objections, and strategy
- Conducting investigations of data and document sources and locations through communication and collaboration with product counsel and non-legal team members
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience
- Familiarity with the litigation process
- Confidence in reading and understanding court documents
- Experience interviewing custodians and gathering documents
- Must be able to work full-time
- Work will be performed remotely

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $650 - $750 per day
- The employer’s preferred pricing model is daily with a budget of $650 - $750 per day; flexible based on experience.
- Candidates will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of this engagement.
