Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, and all family law cases
• Conduct consultations with potential clients to determine the best course of action
• Stay updated on legal developments to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain consistent and high-quality communication with clients
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and proactively address any concerns

Requirements

• 3 to 25 years of experience in family law and divorce cases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong judgment and effective time management abilities
• Reputation for compassion balanced with assertiveness when necessary
• Skilled negotiator with readiness for courtroom proceedings

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 - $190,000 plus bonus, depending on experience
