Doc Review Attorney

Overview

A law firm is seeking a licensed attorney residing in Minnesota to support E-Discovery and document review efforts related to mass tort and class action litigation. This role primarily involves reviewing documents on hosted platforms and may include additional tasks such as deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct substantive document review using platforms such as Relativity and DISCO
• Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
• Assist in preparing privilege and redaction logs and handle challenges to privilege
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association
• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury law experience
• Prior experience with E-Discovery or document review preferred
