Overview
A leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance, and data recovery services is seeking actively licensed U.S. attorneys for ongoing remote Document Review projects. This role offers attorneys the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the discovery process across various litigation matters in a respectful and valued environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and code documents for complex litigation matters using electronic review platforms such as Relativity and Nebula
- Identify and apply coding for privilege, confidentiality, and responsiveness
- Conduct quality control checks as needed
- Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs
- Follow detailed project instructions
- Meet or exceed pace and accuracy expectations
- Work independently in a secure remote environment
- Maintain reliable attendance, communication, and timekeeping
Requirements
- Active U.S. law license in good standing
- Must reside in Arkansas
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week within the following schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7 AM–7 PM
- Friday: 7 AM–5 PM
- Secure home office with high-speed internet
- Computer running Windows 11 (23H2, 24H2, 25H2 or newer) — Windows 11 in S Mode not supported — or MacOS Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15), Tahoe (26) or newer
- Apple or Android phone/tablet running iOS 17+ or Android 12+; Google Authenticator compatible with iOS 14+ or Android 6+
- Strong proficiency with computers and remote-work technology
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to follow complex instructions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronic document review platforms (Nebula, Relativity)
- Experience with responsiveness, confidentiality, privilege review, issue coding, and privilege logging
- Team Lead or Quality Control experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $28 per hour
- Overtime may be available depending on project needs and client approval
- Fully remote work-from-home position
- Temporary, project-based employment with assignments varying by client demand
